The Issue: The Internet form a powerful
tool for developing links between companies and improving network operations.
Furthermore, a certain number of applications are even more profitable
when they are shared (e.g.; "shopping malls", purchasing communities, shared
expertise, clusters, etc.).
The question asked is therefore:
Which actions based on the use of Internet should be promoted
as a priority and which approach should be used to do so? Which types of
networks? Which types of co-operation? How can a network of businesses
be created?
