Cementindustry) who likes to participate as an end user in a Educational
Multimedia project.

The Belgian cement factories have united in a professional association
created in 1949 and since 1994 known as Febelcem (Federation of the Belgian=

Cementindustry).

Among other things, Febelcem supplies building professionals with technical=

information and assistance.

It maintains relations with technical schools and technical faculties and is=

involved in training programmes for the building sector.

Febelcem is currently preparing a publication with basic information on
cement based materials and construction technology.

The target group includes low skilled technical personnel on building sites=

and in the concrete industry, students and apprentices at technical schools.

The impact of this publication might be enhanced by its
translation/integration in an information package that takes advantage of
multimedia tools.

Any research institution involved in developing ÈEducational Software and=

MultimediaÉ, intending to submit proposals to the European Commission -
Educational Multimedia Task Force, and looking for a case study to
experiment and demonstrate its achievements, is kindly invited to
