I have seen your note below.  The British Library has been involved in=
 several
multimedia projects and would be interested to know if it could play a role=
 in
the project you propose.

The British Library is a funded by the UK Government (like the Bibliotheque=

nationale de France) and has the following specific interests:

1. Copyright management of multimedia products
2. Design of user requirements for electronic services
3. Dissemination of information and results of projects
4. Setting up Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
5. Providing facilities for publishing information on projects
6. Organising conferences, meetings and consultations in the field
7. Liaison with other projects.

We have been involved in projects under ESPRIT (CITED, COPICAT, COPEARMS,
IMPRIMATUR, COPYSMART) and the Libraries Programme (notably MURIEL,=
 UNIVERSE).
