We had the pleasure of learning from your organisation 9th / 10th of January
in Brussels.

Unfortunately we couldn't come back to you on Monday 13th, since we had to
check few things in Finland. We hope we still can be considered.

We would be very interested in finding out if you would be interested in
Finnish partner, associated partner or a subcontractor as a part of a French
led consortium.

We are including the summary of our ideas, which we presented in Brussels,
just to refreshen your memory (as a word6 document. If you shouldn't be able
to open it, please let us know and we'll send it to you in e-mail form).
Included is also a short description of our company, as well as
Riihimaki-Hyvinkaa Chamber of Commerce.

The areas of our interest were especially one-stop-shop & virtual training
centre for micro enterprises and self-employed (also SMEs) and on the other
hand health care (integrated patient record database between health and
social care providers and its extentions towards citizens' needs, especially
time booking systems using generic applications like internet, trialling
cable-TV, ISDN and possibly even ATM solutions).

We at Conseils are also actively looking at distance learning applications
and possibilities, especilly in regard SMEs. One of our areas of great
interest is also Business Process Re-Engineering. In our two previous EU RTD
projects, Conseils Oy concentrated very much on user requirement issues and
project evaluation.

Except the ideas presented above and in the attachment, we are open to all
ideas.

If you should have some ideas, where you would like to include a Finnish
participant, don't hesitate to discuss it with us. Even if we wouldn't be
the right connection, we could find the right one for you.
