Here I transfer some information on a week dedicated
to French culture in Beijing, happening at the foreign
affairs institute : www.fac.edu.cn

The program is in French, so here is a summary :
- French movies (I guess there are subtitles but I'm
not sure), on monday, tuesday and thursday, from 6pm
to 10 pm, as well as discussions over French speaking
authors.
- on wednesday, at 2pm, meeting with the president of
the IFRI, for a lecture on international relations
today. IFRI is the French Institute for International
Relations, a think tank founded by..a polytechnician,
also teacher at the Ecole polytechnique. My god,
polytechnicians are really everywhere

- friday : 2 pm, presentation of some educationnal
programs for chinese students in France, especially in
business and economics. Along them, sciences po
http://www.sciences-po.fr (my third university in
France) and the essec, ranked 4th in overall business
schools in France. Edufrance, the organisation which
manages all programs with France will be there.

At 4pm, a lecture will be done on the Kyoto protocol
by  M Schwartz, from the French Embassy

AND ! AND ! AND ! AT 7pm on Friday, there is wine
tasting as well as manhan food !!! Oh my god, that
seems very interesting ! But there are only a few
places, so please respond to Eric asap if interested.
Entrance fee is 70 rmb

AAAAAAAAAAAAND last but not least, from 9pm the best :
party with music, dancing contest and rock dance
lessons, as well as an exhibition of painting and
jewellery. Entrance fee : 30rmb
