Hunh? Ira always has a set of Big butcher knifes on hand in the kitchen, the 
ones I saw  were Solingen steel. I will send a Machette on request. This was 
given to me by the great grandson of Pancho Villa and is known, in the 
family, as El Cabesa. ;)
