arises. The theme of the Web Commentary is 'Peace and Prosperity' of the =
continent. Africa has been plagued with corruption, wars, diseases, and =
famine. It is just about time to soothe these wounds, and advocate for =
treatment through this Web Commentary medium. In this manner, the forum =
would be used as a vehicle of peace and prosperity to a great but =
troubled continent. Africa would be at peace and would grow, when the =
guns are silenced, corrupt and inept leaders brought to law and order, =
hunger given no place, and menacing diseases beaten back. Africa would =
transcend to a 'New Africa' with all these in place. Posterity would =
tell the rest for a continent endowed with both human and natural =
